Georgia Southern Football Broadcast Crew
Chris Blair Director of Network Operations/Play-by-Play Announcer
Blair begins his first year as the play-by-play voice of Eagle Athletics. With a resume` that covers virtually all aspects of broadcasting, with broadcast management and marketing positions in Greenville and Columbia, SC. Chris grew up inside a radio station and began working at age 14 for his father, also a long-time broadcaster. His college broadcast experience includes work for the Clemson University Radio Network and Lander University. Along with duties in the booth for football, basketball, and baseball, Blair handles all behind the scenes matters with affiliate relations, network marketing plans, and overall sound presentation of GSU Athletics on the air and on the web. Chris is married to the former Amber Anders, who is the Assistant Director of Financial Aid at GSU. They have one son, Crafton Christopher.
Terry Harvin Football Color Analyst
A 4-year letterman, Terry was a punter for the Eagles from 1986-1990 and was a member of the 1986, 1989 and 1990 Division I-AA National Championship teams. Currently residing in Macon, Georgia, Terry is the host of an afternoon sports talk show on Sports Radio 105.5 FM The Fan, an ESPN Radio Affiliate throughout Middle Georgia. Besides his on-air role, he is an Advertising Account Executive with Cumulus Media, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Terry is the President-Elect of the GSU Alumni Association Board of Directors. Terry is married to the former Lori Driggers ’94. They are the proud parents of three daughters Madelyn (8), Sarah (6) and Gillian (2).
Ryan Chambers Football Sideline Analyst
The eyes and ears for radio listeners along the sidelines and in the trenches for GSU Football, Chambers is also the program coordinator for 105.5 THE FAN in Macon,GA and handles high school football play-by-play under the Friday Night Lights. This 2000 cum laude graduate of UGA and Oxford Scholar, also can be seen covering sports and weather on WMGT-TV, the NBC affiliate in Macon. From the world of newspaper, TV, and radio, Ryan has done it…and all in a short period of time.
